Bought a piece of AEQ with +3 Agility and Closing Speed SA.
Will the closing speed go up each time it's upgraded? Will it help a DT??

it will go up every other upgrade starting with the 2nd upgrade, and i doubt it will help a DT but I couldn't say for sure
