See, now, I've heard it is a lower result of TV. Also, apparently, some rumor that one activiating stops the other. No stacking.

I have Blitz on all my DTs and DEs. Blitz seems to help my DTs the most, maybe because they have the least amount of speed. It might be less of a bonus than TV but it stacks with TV so its worth getting.

Does TV work on a DT?
