As for advice, speed, vision and agility are all equally important, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Asheme is right about spd/agl/(vis maybe)being equally important, but when you're slow building it's important to focus on spd/vis first since they are major attributes for a SS and will get a larger level up bonus. To me agility is more important in the game play then vision, but you'll end up with higher numbers in each if you cap vision before it.
