So, for all the other NTs out there doing that thankless job, has anyone had some noticeable benefits from this VA? It seems like it is hard to judge if this VA works or not. I get the premise of it, but I guess it also boils down to how well the DL Gen SA works which is still a relative unknown. I really wish that Bort would put in the PBP script when any SA gets activated. It just would be nice to know.

My NT had 10 in it and 6 in D general and the d-line did seem to perform better and not get tired to much during a game. Seemed ok to me and I will be putting the 10 back into it again when I re-allocate my VPs since I reset them on all my players.

I haven't actually had a chance to test it yet but I should have a good sample this season. Last season I had 10 points in the Heavyweight VA and that didn't seem to do shit, so this season I'm going a different route. For my starting NT I'm switching those points to Natural Leader this season to compliment his 7 D-Line gen SA.

To answer your other question about D-Line Gen, the only real way I was able to measure whether it was working was to check our end game energy levels after bumping the SA last season, and I did see marked results with higher end game energy levels and stronger plays in the 4th quarter. That was enough for me to invest a few more SP to bump it higher and I'm banking on the combination with high Natural Leader paying off. To be on the safe side though, I think it's best that you don't have both NTs built the same way just in case.
