Since Tunnel Vision SA isnt on the LB skill tree, I'd say no (unless you plan to blitz him a LOT, and even then it won't fire as often as it could if it were a skill on your tree you could put SP into... )

It really depends what kind of LB you are building (what AEQ to search for) .

it's not really all that great for a MLB unless your DC blitzes you a lot.
