With CBs pumping speed like theres no tommorrow, what if you made a WR that instead of 100 speed and 60 agi had 68 spd and 100+agi. put ur SA into Change Direction and route run (if it works, I don't know a ton about WRs, so maybe it doesn't) and see all those speedster corners fall behind every time you cut?

It's a good idea. However, many (not everybody) realize that agility compliments and is needed to have high speed. In the first season or two or maybe three there is a chance that you have a dominating receiver, assuming you have a good QB good offense in general. However most high speed CBs will have a good amount of agility by the fourth season. Nothing wrong with your approach, but you still need other attributes to compliment it, and the defenders have a chance to catch up to some extent.
Not every CB pumps speed up drastically. Most CBs take speed up to at least 60 natural, but not all do. Some take speed up to 68 natural, but again not all do. I have a CB on a team with 5 CBs, and each is built differently. According to your premise, you should be able to dominate the high speed build, but that is only one of the 5, and that assumes your player and the speed CB get matched up one to one, and that assumes your approach actually works.
Again, it's a good idea, it's a good approach to take, but don't expect super dominance. It has been done before. You wouldn't be the first and you wouldn't be the last.

I'm more interested in the WR's that take speed and agility to 60, then end up with ~80 speed, 75 agility. Balanced. That'll get you a lot of open looks.

I wonder if any WRs have actually gotten Change Direction in an AE. that would be sick

it's the same as quick cut. Though if you had Quick Cut at 10, it would come in handy.

I've been debating either a high agility/jumping build or a high catching/jumping build.
By high I mean over 90 with equipment and everything else that's important around 60.

Id go agility jumping. Agility can get you open, catching cant

FYI, With high catching you don't need to get open.
And if you had 90 jumping and catching, you could catch the ball with 3 glued to you. lol

I'm actually sorta going for this, just level 11 though. Agi's at 70 right now, bringing speed soon to the first cap, going on creative, my catching blows balls so I'll have to watch film to see if I'm open a lot.
