It's true though - when I saw the testers Bort released I decided there wasn't any real need to get bent out of shape about it.

Most of them aren't good builders which isn't a huge deal, but most of them have a good understanding of how the react with each other which is key. I think you need to be great at both though to get the most out of testing though. If they would of asked, I have a template put together for slowbuilding and getting maximum key attributes for all the positions. That way they would know what a pure super slowbuilder player would look like in 8-9 seasons time.
