i wanted a bull rusher, cuz all my des are quick...but i rolled a roll i couldnt pass up

16 str
22 agility

now, what i was looking for was 20-22 str and 13-16 agility

then get strength to the 68 cap...then work on agility and speed the next season...but now it is probably better i go with the agility up first...

what do u think?

You could have re-rolled until you get the build you want. Or else instead of starting with strength you start building agility first. They both get the same amount of auto points for each level and you need to build both of them up anyway. If you don't like the build you have retire and create a new player and keep re-rolling until you get the build you want.

With that DT's size and initial roll, go with the agility route.

Brief overview:
Agi-68 (all equip here)
Spd-68
Str-61
Vis-48
Tck-48
Vis-61
Str-68

VA's
Quick

SA's
Shed Block

I will not comment on Jump the Snap until more is known about it, but with that build, his acceleration will definitely be greater than most G's.

would you agree that first step or blitz if you had 2 pieces of either would be efective as well ?

I would prefer AEQ with shed block. I use blitz, so feel free to check out my player and see what you think:

Blitz was at 4 throughout most of the season. The only difference between the build advice and this player involves switching the values of Spd and Str. Otherwise, 2 pieces of AEQ with either FS or Blitz would be wonderful as you would be able to reach 8 by the time you hit level 40.

Thanks for responding I have one piece of blitz right now and rolled another so I was wondering if I should get it and build it up and wasnt sure if if was worth it or if I should keep looking sounds like I have a decent combo . I liked how my guy performed last season just was not sure how much of it was due to various factors .

I did a hodge podge listing of when you should try to achieve each cap. So you start by getting those individual ones up to that high level, but then you go back and forth with the other attributes.

oic, thanks

do you think my player weight is an issue?

he is on a slow build team, so there is no rushing him, so im thinking about possibly getting his strength up before the speed, at least to 48 first...because he doesnt get the same bonus on level ups as he does with strength or agility

You raise a very valid point about doing Str before Spd, and that where it is up to you. You can easily get away with doing agility to 68, Str to 61, and then Spd to 61 or 68. Heck you could take Str up to 68, but that would be something to consider doing a little later after you finish off speed and vision.

You should Agi to 68 and Str to 68, then come back to Speed since it progresses much slower naturally than Str

Is truth. My current plan with my level 10 DT is agi->48, str->48, agi->60, str->60, agi->68, agi->74, str->68. The get speed up to 60, followed by vision up to 48.

At what level do you feel you would have reached your goals for Strength, Speed, and Agility?

Take a look at my developing Pass Rushing DT:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1043406

He will reach 68 in Speed by level 23, and should reach 48 in Strength by 28. The SA come from CE and AEQ

Let me do some quick math. I already have 60 agi and 50 str, so:

str agi lvl
52.70 60.70- 11
56.37 61.37- 12
59.04 62.04- 13
60.70 63.70- 14
61.37 65.37- 15
62.04 68.04- 16
62.70 69.70- 17
63.37 72.37- 18
64.04 74.04- 19
66.70 74.70- 20
68.37 75.37- 21
