Hey all. I wanted to stop by and introduce myself as the new kid on the block. I can't say I'm thrilled to have to start fresh in an uncapped league with as much talent as some of you have but most good things don't come easy. This is my first owner gig after being the OC for a year so I'm looking forward to learning the ropes. Hopefully in a couple of seasons we can start competing at the higher levels.

Welcome to the league. We've been going through that for 3 seasons now. We've gone from 1 to 2 to 5 wins. Fortunately for you, most of the original teams are long gone, so it shouldn't be as painful. (Though I'm hoping a little bit painful. We need some fresh meat.)

Yeah don't sweat it...we all go through it. The key is looking at it in terms of getting better day by day. Our team is leaps and bounds better than they were on day 1. You'll get there too.

Yeah, baby steps first. We have signed some good players but we are young and will need to grow. I was reading the team forum from last year and it sounded like the owner bailed and meltdown happened. I'll manage the finances and take care of the guys who joined. Most have signed multie year contracts which shows they are focused on the long term overall product.

Well you won't be alone I just got my team and it was completely stripped as well.
