Tim Tebow?

No, more like Jim Brown or Earl Campbell taking snaps behind C. However, I was informed by someone else that strength works differently for QB when he is rushing, so 100 strength on QB is not as effective as 100 strength on a FB or HB.

you might be better off just subbing in a power back for the QB. The loss from HB to QB doesn't appear to be much.

QBs level up bonuses are better for this type of player. However, HB or FB would be better if QB strength is nerfed when he is rushing.

I just hate that every fuckin posistion is jackin up speed agility and vision. It's stupid and unrealistic. Aside from K P a few OL spots and the QB all have identical builds. For fuck sake most LBs are faster then CBs. MLBs shouldn't need 90+ speed to be effective. And if there are some they are the minority not the majority

Going through these forums, you basically notice the exact same builds at every position. Makes GLB boring, IMO....

Try something different.

I'm putting together a team now. level 1 players. Slow build. All players built to be different than the norm, but still relevant to their position.

Post here if you're in and include your plan. Or PM me if you prefer to keep your idea under wraps.

My S.S. was built completely unorthodox. he is now, one of the best in G.L.B. I capped his str first. people flame that idea, and think it's stupid. everyone eventually winds up looking the same anyway.

Here you go if you want to try anti cookie cutter

You build 2 anti cookie cutter WRs for the WR #1 and WR #3 spot

WR #1 needs 61 strength and carrying, with 80 speed and agility
He gets bruiser/YAC attack/and Tenacious VAs

WR #3 needs 68 strength, 61 blocking, and the rest is mostly speed agility
He loads up on screen blocker, downfield blocker, and showboat blocker

Your passing game to the left is mostly WR screens. You will still need speed guys for WR #2, 4.

This should also help your outside left rushing game.

I had a player on a team like this, made some pretty cool discoveries, mostly with run blocking though.

Nerf incoming.

Also, why the agility and carrying? Agility for breaking tackles and carrying for preventing fumbles?

carrying helps break tackles and prevent fumbles.

Agility helps you get in position on screen passes. I also believe it is in a lot of different formulas, including break tackle.
