I've read a lot of that stuff, the problem is that you see conflicting opinions, so you don't know what to believe. It's always best to hear it from someone who has done it and done so recently, rather than someone theorizing. Thanks for the info, I'll try not to ask any more questions.

Building new sections is better bang for your buck than adding seats. You did the right thing.

Thanks again for all the advice this past season. It really paid off and I think we did quite well for our first season, thanks to the advice I got.
Couple of quick questions...........
#1: I'm going to expand the stadium again this season. I forget..........should I take out the loan on Day 40, so that my request is in before the off-season begins? Or wait until the day after on the first "negative" day? I don't want to blow it and thus not get my expansion built during the off-season, but with only 10 days to repay the loan interest fee, I don't want to pull the trigger too soon. I can't remember what day I took out the loan last season. I'm fairly sure it was after Season 7 was over because I didn't have a team yet.
#2: During the first season I set ticket prices at 1.5X the expected price and that worked out perfectly. Can I get away with that during my 2nd season or do I have to get more realistic after the first season is over? Any suggestions on pricing during the 2nd season?
Almost forgot...........I added two corners to the home side in the first season. Should I do the same on the guest side this year? Or build the end zone sections and work my way around toward the guest section. Other than money invested and return, which I can calculate, does it really make any difference? (i.e. more likely to sell out seats on the "home" side than on the "guest" side). Does that even come into play?

#1: Bort will tell you when the last day to get everything in will be (Boosting/Stadium Expansion/etc.) Do it on that last day, because it'll give you more time til that first payment (10 days after you take the loan.)
#2: Hmm, you should raise it to 2.0X, and if it doesn't work, just lower the price little by little until you get that good price.
#3: The Home/Away situation doesn't even come to play. So, if you want you can build the other two corners.

aw you guys are so generous.
if it was me i'd go out and find the best players on the market, offer them max contracts and max bonuses.

minimum is enough to train, why would anyone on a new team even want one penny more, it only hurts the team
