Do you guys think this would work for a blitzing LB?

I was wondering the same thing. I've read it a few times and it sounds like it will only work for players that are positioned on the line. So i'm thinking it would activate if your GM puts you in the DE, DT or NT spots.

Fearsome would probably be the most appropriate VA for your player.

Yeah I was looking at Jump the Snap and Fearsome too. The one thing about Fearsome though is it seemed like most of my hurries last season still resulted in a completed pass anyways. Maybe with the new changes to vision checks on passes, hurries will have a greater effect in the future though.

Do linebackers ever line up on the line?

Do linebackers ever jump offsides?

Are linebackers even able to use this because of the nature of where they line up which is always off the LOS

Yeah, if things remain as they were last season, Fearsome is totally and completely worthless. Hurries have no measurable effect on performance. Sacks definitely do, even beyond the loss of down and yards, but I've never seen any statistically relevant drop in performance from hurries.

Ever heard of the 3-4 defense?
