* Winning Team (.500+ each of the last 3 seasons, play off experience / wins)

* Active Message Board - Great community that you are welcome to take part in.

* Franchise records are tracked and updated semi regularly.

* Game Plannin

* Finished Stadium

* All EQ paid for.

You should be:

Well built pocket passing QB...good builds are fairly well understood...
L30+ (this isn't a hard rule, all well built QBs will be considered).
Willingness to split time.
Be open to joining established community.
