Season 7 was a successful one by almost every standard.
Our D was outstanding, #1 in passing TD allowed, #2 in passing YDS allowed, #2 in rushing TD allowed, #3 in rushing YDS allowed. We finished #4 in both Sacks and Hurries, #5 in Pass Deflections and #1 in INT.
We only lost 3 regular season games by a total of 14 points, and we were able to avenge 2 of those loses in the playoffs en route to the Conference Title.
We finished as the top Playoff Defense in the Conference, allowing a TOTAL of 96 rushing yards thru 3 games while only giving up an average of 150 yards thru the air.
Yes, it was a successful season by almost every standard, the only thing missing was the League Title as we just came up against a team with superior personnel and we were just too slow in the back 7.
So Speed Speed Speed is our main goal this offseason, since we have a cood chance of facing off against the same team in the championship game again this season.
We've got a badass secondary now and just need to quicken-up the LB corps.
