which should i choose?

Sticky Hands
First Step

which one? i'm thinking either Shutdown or Sticky hands

Shutdown is at the top of my coverage list

but sticky hands i cant get unless it comes from an AE what do you guys think?

I would actually hold out until I get with that also boost a stat that an FS needs. But if you must choose now, I agree with shutdown coverage.

Sticky hands won't help much (if at all), especially for the team long term
First Step isn't too bad especially if you play on specials or face a team that loves to run the ball or if your guy plays a safety blitz or corner/nickel blitz of as a CB5

In my two FS, I have 3 AEs

Change Direction (good for zone coverage, especially since you are the last line of defense)
Intimidation ( better used against HB than the WR...but multiple hits can reduce WR effectiveness when it counts in the 4th)
Monster Hit (same as Intimidation, but with a higher forced fumble chance in the 4th quarter)

F.S. don't even need shut down coverage. It irritates me to see them with it.
