Think it'd work? And how effective do you think it'll be with breaking tackles?

That is, if he catches the ball, of course.

With high enough carrying and strength I think you could see results. Power backs do it all the time, why the heck couldn't it work for TEs?

Because powerbacks get around 20 carries a game. On a good day, TEs will get 7 catches. Rather worrying about breaking the tackle, you should use your VAs on getting open first.

Also, not to mention that powerbacks have some momentum when they're running with the ball, compared to receivers who have to slow down quite a bit.

my TE has 10 in tenacius and bruiser, with 87 strength and 60 block. But to be honest I don't think it was worth the waste of points. I didn't really get the ball enough to make use of it, even playing backup FB at times. I'll be changing when the reset is released.
