I'm a very experienced GLBer, I've been playing since the first season and I've played on very successful, knowledgeable teams. So in short: I know how to make great players.
Yes I will eventually be buying custom EQ and boosting. I wasn't planning on boosting this season, but if that makes the difference between signing with your team or not then obviously I will.
