I would say buy it. If you aren't satisfied you can roll a few more times after you have it. A good piece of AEQ can take forever to find, and each time you train normal for shopping tokens you arent getting BTs which will make the new better piece that you may someday find less effective since you can't upgrade it as much.
The rule of thumb I go by, is if I find a piece with a good SA, as long as the attributes attached aren't completely useless (like say throwing for your cb) I buy it.
Tackling isn't the best thing. But it's not the worst either and the 3 points will play a factor at some point or another.
