Just wondering what most teams do with their auto adjust. Have heard many say to simply turn it off but I could see where it could come in hand at lower settings... Maybe 5 - 10...

I keep it at zero.
It seems to make the play calls random as hell, like running Shotgun outputs against Strong I and such.
