What should I increase so my player gets more yards on punt and kick returns?

I have a level 11 back with 70 speed and 36 agility and is doin pretty decent returning kick. Lack of vision is hurting me tho.

too much speed on KR is a BAD thing
you outrun your whole blocking line and get tackles earlier,
