I'm sure there are some strong teams, but speaking for the West since I'm not really that familiar with the East, I'd say MEM, Lincoln, HHW, Minn and Fire can take any five teams from any league and do well.
any 5 leagues for that matter... imo

My guess is that one team will put it together and play like Lincoln did. However, for every one of those I'm beating on 3-4 that end up like Parma, Dallas, and the two Las Vegas' (Elvis did well, but not amazing).

Well we are in the East...
You think OFG can't play with any team in the West? Gamblers are obviously not in the top tier, but the fact that they ended 8-8 proves how difficult USA Pro East still is. I have been following them since Season 1 since I've almost always been in the same league as them, and they were a dominant team the whole time. So I think you are underestimating the East.
The West is still better though

But AAA#2 is a tough league but it's not USA Pro. And Sik, I think OFG could play with any Western team but they'd struggle to beat the top 3-4 teams in the West. Just my opinion, they COULD beat them but they'd definitely be the underdogs, however underdogs win sometimes against the best, Minnesota proved that vs. MEM.
