Mine all came in wrong, one underneath and forward, it was excruciating. Icing it helps, and frozen vegetables are good ice packs.

Yeah, my mom also told me warm saltwater.

Yet another reason I like being in the Eastern Conf. I think I've had only friendly exchanges with at least Chicago and Capital and don't think we've ever had to deal with anything like this ( Although D-League Dream Team could be annoying at times ).

Oh yeah, saltwater helps a lot but only for a really short period of time, but it eases it up and you can down some advil or whatever. Ibuprofen seemed to help a lot more 'cause your gums swell and stuff.

And that they aren't sideways or anything like that.

I don't have to get them pulled, plus I have nearly perfectly straight teeth without braces, no crowding, just a very very slight overbite (Which isn't noticeable).

So no pulling.
Just the bitchy process of having them come through the gums.

If you don't get them pulled they tend to get infected down the road 30%+ of the time. I had mine pulled and it was pretty painless. The trick is to keep the post operative swelling down by applying pressure with your hands to your jaw. Most of the pain associated with wisdom teeth is caused by post operative swelling.
