Started a new CB today, and I'm going to slwbuild him. I plan to make him a returner/speedster CB. My plan is to take speed and agility to the 68 cap ASAP.
Should I intense train Speed+Agility; or train Speed only, then Agility only, and why?

You've made a decision to slow-build your player. Why? You clearly don't understand how or why it works. If you understood then you would know the answer to this. You need to find out about slow-building before you decide to do it.

Do not assign any SP. Train ONE attribute. When the amount of unassigned skill points plus the amount in the attribute are greater than 48 then assign all of the skill points and switch training to another attribute.

Continue assinging skill points to the first attribute until either the first attribute reaches 68 or you can reach a cap on the second attribute quicker than you can on the first attribute.

The point is to get something good out of training and also take advantage of the auto points being worth more for each level up.

After you start applying points to the second attribute you should start training intense otherwise you won't be able to take as much advantage of hitting caps sooner.

Read up on slow-building methods. Don't decide that you will slow build until you understand how and why it works. There are lots of people in GLB that think they are slow-building and do a terrible job of it, mainly because they don't understand what they are doing.

Thanks LostPeon and FatLoad.

And Load, I've already read about this, but people always say different stuff about it. I just was in doubt if it would be more productive to train normal or intense, and you explained that to me, thanks again.
