I'm a level 21 fullback, I have good stats (especically in strength and blocking) I will raise if I get to play, the more i raise the more I can upgrade my stats, PLZ SEND A CONTRACT OFFFER!

Advice go here, read then retire him and start over. There is way to much wrong with him, by level 21 you should already have at a least a 48 in both strength and blocking(If your a blocking FB) or speed and agility(if your a running full back).
