So, life has been pretty hectic lately. My job has been demanding more of me while paying me less...my wife is pregnant with our second child and so I am in the middle of gutting a room down to the studs and rebuilding it from scratch, and my daughter has gotten so active that my time to do anything but chase her around is dwindling.
With that said, the strain of running a team is starting to take it's toll. For me, recruiting is by far the most time consuming, and worst aspect to playing GLB and honestly I just have no luck doing it. In seven seasons now, the Nighthawks have been treading water, but not really improving. We have players that I would consider superstars at quite a few positions, but yearly we just fall short.
At the end of this season I am asking support to move the team down and we will be rebuilding it from scratch as a slow build team. I will be the owner in name only as the GMs are going to assume full control of the team.
With that said I have been restructuring all contracts on the team to end day 40, and I wanted to post here to let the WEPL know so that they can contact agents of players that they may be interested in.
I will miss being in the WEPL and I hate to take another original team out of the league but I just am at wits end at this point.
