As the title states my cb runs away from the wr as the qb throws the ball, and we were playing against a cupcake team, is this a glitch???

Medium = go for the pick only if you have help over the top. You had no help over the top. Your corner doesn't run away so much as not run forward. As you've seen in real football, a corner that runs in and misses the tackle, with no help over the top, gives up a touchdown. Your corner was only going for the pick/tackle if he had help over the top (he didn't).

There may have been something going on with the other team as well. You said cupcake team - would that imply that the quarterback sucks and kept underthrowing balls? Perhaps your corner was in the right spot but the ball didn't go where it was supposed to?

99% of the team was cpu also my cb backs off 5 yards once the ball passes LOS
