Custom Eq, yes, but again, I'm only looking for a place to chill till the end of this season and I need to stay under the 13 cap so probably a negative on the boosting as it would push me over level 13. Also, I only have 1 piece of equipment on him, so he could have roughly 60ish speed, if desired.

So I guess you are trying to start for a lvl 13 cap team next season?? since you said you want to stay under the cap.

Exactly...my friend's getting an expansion team this offseason and I already committed to him...but I'd like to get my guy some PT this season, especially on a playoff bound team so I can get stats without xp.

I'd be happy to help you out till the end of the season though.
