My opinion is Change Direction. Being in position to make the play is more important (in my opinion) than a little extra chance to make the play. If you can stay close, you have a better chance anyway.

This. Swat Ball seems to have negligible effects on deflecting passes in my experience as a FS and a DC.

i have only put enough points in Swat ball to get sticky hands high enough to put more points in Super Vision, it just doesnt seem worth putting more in
the speedster abilitis seem to help with making plays more than the shutdown coverage ones do(with the exception of supervision)
