Two things I think are throwing it off: one, Speed/Agility only raise the tackling bar (iirc), and Strength raises both. Two, one point of Punting or Confidence can raise the Punting bar by more than one increment.

OK, looked at all my punters. It is accurate at low levels, but estimates high more often than not at high levels.

Yup, and I figured out why:

throwing is in the punting overall bar

Because high levels never add to throwing besides minimal level gains, this is why it is skewed to the low levels, who have "relatively higher" throwing attribute.

I'm still working on the formula. So far,

agility = speed = confidence = vision = punting
speed is ~ 1/2 value of the above
jumping does nothing
throwing is doing pretty well (rofl)
working on figuring out stamina

Yeah, I just ran it last night and was able to move the bar using a good roll and adding 15 throwing.
