You need to up your speed: faster = sack

You also need to up your Breakthrough. It helps you penetrate the line faster.

I would also upgrade Wall and Strong Base, prevents them from pushing you backwards.

Finally, unless you can up jumping to 30 real fast otherwise don't. Going from 10 to 15 or 20 won't do you much good.

Almost all of this is false except the speed part.

And of course the season 5 logic for DE/DT still prevails right? And your DE and DT is excelling because you've found and broken the new algorithm that Bort implemented for DLs right?

I just don't understand why people like Motiak still uses old logic for DLs when at the same time they whine and recognized that Bort has changed things. Has it ever occur to you guys that Bort has changed what used to be non-factors (Wall, Strong Base, Breakthrough) and turn them into factors?

Gosh, the amount of ignorance in the DE forum is amazing, and all you can do is cry on each other's shoulders why your DEs are not working.

My DE isn't excelling, nor do I expect him to be at this time in his build. My DT is excelling because I have a well-built DT. I honestly feel like I could adapt my DT to any changes that Bort makes. I don't feel like I whined anywhere, my DT is having a great season. I feel like you got your feelings hurt and responded like this thread is somehow about your bizarre DE build that you preach as gospel while yelling at other people when they try to do the same with their own builds.

If you think getting speed to 70+ increases the sack to hurry ratio, I haven't seen it. You are still going to get way more hurries than sacks.

I have two DTs. The one with the most speed gets the most hurries. The one with the lower speed gets the most sacks...Personally, I don't mind the hurries that much.
