Is Closing speed a good special ability for speed/agility pass rushers?

Change of Direction would be a better choice.
I can't find the link right now, but I believe Closing Speed doesn't apply to Quarterbacks because a QB isn't considered a Ball Carrier. Bort posted somewhere that Closing Speed only applies against HB/FB/TE/WR, I'm 95% sure of that.

Not conclusive evidence by any means, but I wouldn't risk it with Closing Speed. From it's description, it seems more effective from far distances, which the DE is not in relation to the QB at any time.
