What are you trying to do with him? You soft capped blocking while ignoring strenght. Your speed is very high and catching is soft capped, but you have no stamina or jumping. So he's got part of the skill set needed for a blocking TE and some of the skills needed for pass catching TE but not the whole package for either.

We shouldn't make that decision for you.

However, if you want me to rate this build I would say that the mistake you made is to softcap speed first instead of a major attribute (Strentgh, Blocking, Catching, Vision). Therefore you missed a bunch of free skill points coming from the high level up bonuses you get while being level 22 and under.

I can tell you softcapped speed first because your blocking/catching are stuck at 48... if they were softcapped earlier they would be in the mid-late 50s now.

What does your equipment have? You might be able to make some changes to move him towards one direction or the other.

I agree with that assessment. I started him going for a receiving TE then lost my way in the middle.

All in speed.

No you shouldn't, but advice is certainly warranted.

If your going to stay receiving, get your stamina up to 25 or 30 right away, and then your jumping to 25, then more stamina to at least 40. Then you can see where you are.

If your going blocking, ask for some equipment money and change all you equip to strength. You still need that stamina built up as I said.

Unfortunately if you go blocking, the catching is a waste; if you go receiving, the blocking is wasted. But that happens. It's how we learn.

Thanks, man. I'm going to stick with receiving and see where it goes.

Since your going to focus on becoming a recieving TE, all that blocking may make you a good option for running some medium to deep routes. If I were your OC I would not have you running any short routes at all. Then even if you don't catch the ball, you will be in position to give whoever did catch the ball some good down field blocks which could spring some players for big plays.
