This is a forum for owners of Pit-Bulls and all other Bully-breed owners and lovers to share stories, pictures, and information about their beloved four-legged friends.

Pit-Bulls are the worlds most misunderstood and unjustifiably stereotyped breed of dog. They are compassionate, loving, gentle, kind, amazing physical specimens, energetic, intelligent and GAME.

Those who own or know pit-bulls know they are some of the greatest dogs to own or be around. They are mans best-friend and many people have been force-fed bad information about this breed and what they are all about.

These dogs have the greatest qualities you could want in all dogs all rolled up into 1 bundle of fun and loving four-legged craziness.

We are anti-BSL.(breed specific legislation)

PUNISH THE DEED, NOT THE BREED.

There are misguided people all across the country up in arms over their misconception of the dangers that Pit-Bulls are to society. Their gameness and phsyical features make them a desirable choice for cold-blooded dog-fighters looking to make a quick buck.

We support the fight against Breed-Specific-Legislation because we know these dogs are unfairly criticised for the actions of a few stupid owners.

So if you own a Pit-Bull or any bully-breed, or even if you dont own a pit-bull but would like to find out more about them then reply to this thread or send me an PM for an invite.

By the way, I currently own 2 Pit-Bulls myself. A boy and a girl.

My boy is Dominoe, he is my first pit-bull and he was a rescue dog. We adopted him at the young age of 8 weeks from a terrible shelter with horrible amenities. He was born on february the 3rd, the day our Giants took down the most prolific offense in NFL history to win SuperBowl 42.
He had a very nasty respiratory infection from the horrid conditions of the shelter he was in...And although the first few weeks were very difficult and he was very sick, a little bit of love and compassion was all he needed to make a full recovery and he is now getting BIG and strong and is a very happy and loving friend.
He is a brown/black brindle pup, with a white nose and white line going up his head between his eyes. He has an all white chest and belly with a 'cast' colored front leg and white feet. He is very friendly and sometimes too friendly because he greets everyone by jumping on them and licking them to death.

My girl is Dakota, she was not a rescue but born from an 'accidental' breeding. We saw the damn and her litter-maters all in good-shape and her mother was very well trained and was even taught to say 'i love you' in her own doggy-voice. She was adopted at 8weeks with no health issues thank God. She is all black with a little white stripe going from the tip of her nose up inbetween her eyes. All her toes are 'painted' white and shes just as loving as Dominoe but she is not as openly trusting. She is a little more skiddish and very protective although shes more a wimp than a body-guard.

Both dogs are in training and always will be. Dominoe has his CGC(canine-good-citizen) and has graduated from puppy-kindergarten and intermediate classes.(thank the girlfriend)
Dakota is tougher to train because her skiddishness is more serious of an issue but she is coming along. Both dogs are well socialized with both people and animals.

Surely there are some pit-bull owners on this website. We are everywhere. Maybe their afraid of prosecution.

Hey, I'm the owner of the Council Crest Bullmastiffs, and also the proud owner of my own Brindle Bullmastiff. I would love an invite. Bullmastiffs and Pit Bulls are cousins and very similar in many ways.
