I think he's a little confused... blitz is a constant. Tunnel vision is something that activates on a percentage chance. Whether they stack or not wont change the fact that blitz will always be active when tunnel vision is not. So all is well regardless.

currently ive got the FS equipped and upgraded 4 times, saving tokens for 5th upgrade. Blitz is avail in store should i want it. I could sell the FS and pump up Blitz, or hold blitz and build it up over the next 2 seasons...

imo blitz trumps all sa's for Defensive ends

Only and if because it is something new that you can stack on all other SAs. If you can add an advantage to your DE with a new SA you do it.
