I created my punter as normal and boost to 4th level.

However, if I remember correctly, kickers and punters get more XP per play since they are typically less involved...

yes it's normal you s hould see the one guy who got 31 punts and 1705 XP for one game

no it's not normal too boost your player to level 4.
