sup all, just wanted to inform the GLB community that the The Throwback Cowboy's of the Oceania AA #2 (Alpha Conference), has started the rebuilding process as of today, all players r available via FA as we fill our roster with new players for next season, hopefully we can get it done before rollover. plz contact the players agent for build info/contract desires.
AGENT EXPECTATIONS - we r tryin to build a dominant team not just for the present but the future - the team pays for all equipment upgrades - we make it a point to take care of our agent's/player need's - all we ask of our agent's is to be ACTIVE both on the forum's as much as possible n honestly setting their player(s) to the tactics posted, n post their views, input regarding other teams,scouting game planning, etc.
Here is the THROWBACKS TEAM PHILOSOPHY - We would like to build a team in which the player's actually match up with the tactic's set by the OC/DC - not to the standard's set by other owner's in GLB.
THE GM/OC/DC will have full control over game tactic's/depth chart, player progress, and the ability to make decision concerning the overall performance of the player's.
We r not building a team that cater's to 1 individual player nor a team that has inactive agent/player's on it, we will have a discipline system in place,
1unexcused inactivity - pm to owner concerning inactivity from me
2nd unexcused inactive - 1 game suspension (player removed from DC) by me.
3rd inactive - agent contacted given permission to seek trade of fair cash value, no swapping of players (1-2 day period to arrange trade - player will be suspended during this time) if no trade offer received by team of owners choice - i will post trade in forums, 1-2 day period, again player is suspended during this period - depending on value/position of player he will be released, or will ride the bench the remainder of the season/contract, most likely if no trade/no release.
It's the agents responsibility to be active n they will be held accountable, this system includes all player/agents - starters/backups - my office /management team will not except ne thing less than the reasonable amount of effort that can be expected by a player's agent. if u r going to be inactive plz advise me directly - i will post it in our inactive forum post area.
all instances of inactivity count - meaning if an owner goes inactive 3x during the season him n his player r subject to the team rules concerning inactivity.
this team will be based on a actual football team, playin time will be earned not given, we will build a competitive team to put on the field and chase down a CHAMPIONSHIP!
There is no need to boost - since it will take several seasons to become competitive - since our overall focus will be building a strong foundation of forum active agents/solid player builds/game plans that utilize those builds to their full potential/and overall team/agent cohesion.
we will be recruiting lvl 1 players interested agents plz contact me prior to the player creation process, so u may receive our build preferences for your player(s). all positions r available - would like to sign both starters n backups alike (at least 2 players at each position except for the CB, SS, FS, WR, LB positions.
Contract Info: contracts consist of $500 daily salary/$20k yearly, n $2k in signing bonus. all positions avail - need 1 more QB n C .
i apologize for being long winded but i felt the more info interested agents have the better decision they can make.
