Ive noticed the FB actually seems to pic the SS often in blocking of late
as i see a SS like a "light"LB suppose that is simmular?
A FB i have is slower but as i see is blocking before the HB got the ball so speed i don't think need match but enough to react to the play.

Not necessarily. The FB will engage his first block within 3 to 5 steps in most instances.

I'd say 60 spd, 68 agility raw ought to get the job done.

within 10-20 but depends on the speed of the back. with good agility and 60 speed a RB would probably have to be over 80, maybe 90 to be getting ahead of his lead.
