Title sums it up, I know he's a noob. I made him like 3 seasons ago and forgot to join a team.
Anyway, tell me what you think.. retire or is he salvagable?

Retire. You've been missing out on a ton of experience points in not being on a team.

He would be very valuable in a 13 cap league...but will never have a good top end career.

Since he hasn't played in any games he probably got fat and needs to shed some weight. Get him down to about 185 lbs and you should be good to go.

Well, he's been working out every few days... Though I guess he is heavy for a WR. Maybe I should raise strength.

Go own capped leagues?

he'll be great for a lvl 13 capped team. use him.

He is definately salvageable. Don't retire. Plus those stats are without any equipment.

How did you have enough money to train for that long?

Have him join my season 9 13 cap team

I'd get his speed and agility to 68 asap, followed by catching.
