What's a good starting point? Currently we're at 65/90 and I think it's causing players to tire in the 4th. Nobody is complaining about PT (plays range from 30-80) but is there a general starting point? I was thinking 75/90 (since we force starters in certain spots).

Any advice would be appreciated.

I use 80/90 as a starting point, but use advanced energy settings for positions we're kind of thin at. I have some of our OL set as far down as 60/70, because we lack any real depth at those positions.

Do you have a good back up, or you want your starters to play. If you want to force them in the 4th, you may want to try 98/99. That will get every body equal playing time and then your starters will have energy in the 4th.

You also have to consider special teams plays and AI custom slot forces.

If you have three DE's you wanted to rotate equally would 98/99 achieve that with the third DE as backup for both positions?
