How would you split carries with 2 guys evenly and have the 3rd guy come in everyonce in awhile

I have the settings at RB 98/99 and the 3rd guy is getting the most snaps.

Take the third guy off of the normal depth chart, and put him at RB1.

Switch in RB1 occasionally, with 98/99 settings for the other ones.
