you should train more in strength and blocking, i don't onw any teams but it looks like you are building a Wr in a TE body. this game is not too kind to throwing to TE and they are used more as an extra lineman. your not in bad shape and are in the process of getting a good recieving TE, you just need more in strenght and blocking (more so strength).

i will be getting his strength up at some point after i have all his receiving attributes capped i'll train his blocking. I should be capping his agility in a day or 2
