Magan, please dont take this the wrong way, but i recommend moving your equipment to agility/speed. Most teams are looking for speed rushers and it would help if you worked on getting those two up as much as possible as soon as possible.

Why put equipment into blocking. I agree with willinsky just retire your player and start over.
