What is a good speed for a power back:

At level 20?
At level 30?
At level 40?

it depends on what route you take when you first start. My powerback is lvl 17 right now and only has 36 speed. But, his strength is over 80 with equipment too. By the time he's 20, that would make 15 SPs to play with. I'm pushing my str to a natural 67 before anything else, so my speed won't even be softcapped by 20. Makes him less useful at low levels but your strength gets the most out of natural leveling later, which is worth the sacrifice imo. I expect my speed to be at or above 40 by lvl 20.

61 by 30. Try for 49 by 20 too, but then that's if you go 61 strength at first instead of 68. I personally don't think 68 is worth it since slow backs will get TFL in better leagues without speed, despite the high strength, and you're gonna need to spend points in tons of other areas. Depends how long you want him to be inept. Your mileage may vary of course.
