Absolutely. You are not likely to find a better piece of AEQ.

Sweet. I already have +2 Agility +1 Closing Speed. I guess I should keep both though it will take awhile to upgrade

Keep 'em both yea, but get one completely upgraded first imo. I'd do the SV vision piece because it's likely you'll want a different stat than tackling, so to get it +3 or 4 or whatever will be a bit.
