Help, my guy is stuck on a patheticly run team and I am dying to get away as soon as the season is over. The ownership is almost completely uninvolved, they give no cash for equipment and don't care if the team wins or loses. I am looking for a well run, fun team to be a part of. I don't mind backing up if neccessary.
