Don't know much about MLB just reading some post here.

My Plan:
1-Train Agility until I can 48 cap it
2-Train Speed until I can 48 cap it
3-Train Vision, 2nd cap Agility
4-Train Vision, 2nd cap Speed
5-Train Vision until I can 48 cap it
6-Train Strength, 2nd cap Vsion
7-Train Strength until I can 48 cap it

From here on out not sure. Thought, tips etc?
Thanks!

Depends on what defense you plan to play in. Either way I think you do need to at least get some strength (maybe train that for 5) but I would think that if you're playing MLB in a 3-4 you'll need a bit more strength to stop power backs up the middle.

PS: You might want to consider training for the future. If you go with an all speed/agility LB like everyone else thinks is the cool thing to do right now, in three seasons when you've worked on this guy for awhile you may have neglected something that isn't important now, but makes your player suck later on.

Do you think Strength is more important than Vision for a MLB?

This is just my opinion cause I don't have evidence to back it up, but I think vision is the most important stat for any LB. Dbacks play back and should always be able to see a running play by the time it's coming to them, and Dline plays up front where the run comes straight to them, but LBs have to be able to discern between pass plays and run plays very quickly, which vision helps with.
