Yes.

Then keep your current strategy, I don't see a problem with it. Maybe do some Vis/Conf adv. training for bonus token purposes before you cap

by 4:1 cap do you mean 68? if you mean 73 (or whatever that cap is) then i'd suggestion staying at 68; that's all you really need. Allows you to cap vision faster (and maybe strength) and then fill that tree.
