I'm assuming that since first step and change direction SPs are not juke moves that this is worthless for any cornerback that plays kick returner. Has anyone heard any differently or have a different opinion?

I wouldn't do anything to shape my player as a kick returner because special teams in GLB isn't very good. You want to have a fast kick returner. Otherwise concern yourself with building a regular player. If you worry about your build for special teams you are worrying about something you can't do much about. Build a regular player and ignore the special teams angle.

I agree with you based on how this season has been rolled out and that would be great if my guy wasnt already level 36 molded as a KR/PR with all his VAs in special teamer. Right now I have two AE options bought with all my bonus tokens unallocated however

1. %2 broken tackle
2. +3 carrying, +5% fake chance

Option 2 is great if fake chance works for CBs but otherwise Id probably be better off rerolling or going with option 1. There has been an explanation from Bort that fake chance increases the likelihood of a juke move working but no confirmation on whether positions with no specific juke special abilities still can use the the fake chance.

Best player for special teams - the guy that can run the fastest to the pile and get tackled - because NOONE seems to want to run away from contact on special teams. I've had a corner and halfback on returns, and my only two touchdowns came against teams that liked putting guys who couldn't tackle on special teams coverage.

Maybe one day Special Teams will matter, but not today.

As for your available equipment, I'd look for a third option.
