It's a long way down the road, but here's a good goal for base stats,

Raw Stats
STR - 48 (I had fumbling problems with str 25 and carrying 48. cured with str 48)
SPD - 68
AGI - 68
VIS - 48
CAR - 48
CATCH - 30 (low priority, but speed HBs make great receivers)

Can't agree with the strength though. Almost nobody is fumbling this season.

Only people I've seen fumbling are CPU's and guys that are playing in leagues way above their level.
