Can anyone rate my b uild and offer any pointers on where to go from here? When should I begin to use my SAs? Thanks

spend your points into speed until 60, then do the same for agility, then do the same for vision

get your speed to 68

most would say vision to 68... thats the recognized thing and thats what most will tell u so go ahead (i got my agility and vision to 65 instead because i like agility)
but then once you start getting VAs .... i would put them into quick (thats my opinion though)
SAs u should only worry about them in your 30s... u can throw the random point here and there... but u want to focus on 1 or maybe 2.... specializing is much more powerful than spreading it out
